When customs clearance of goods that are transported by rail through the customs territory of Russia, the payment of customs duty is 500 rubles. This applies to each consignment of goods carried in one vehicle and one consignment note.
When customs clearance of goods of securities, the nominal value of which is specified in foreign currency, imported into the customs territory of Russia or exported from here, payment of customs duty is required, the amount of which is 500 rubles. This applies to the lot of securities that are issued on a single customs Declaration.
When customs clearance of goods for personal or other needs that are not related to business activities, transported through the customs border of Russia, the payment of customs duty, the amount of which is 250 rubles.
The exception is cars, which are classified as 8702 and 8703 in the HS code. When re-filing the customs Declaration for the same products and the application of the same customs regime, the payment of customs duty in the amount of 500 rubles.
The exception is the full customs Declaration for the periodical temporary Declaration.
