The structure of the INCOTERMS 2010:

- group E- liability of the seller are minimal and are limited to the provision of goods to the buyer;

- group F - liability of the seller are limited to the shipment of goods, the main transportation is not paid by the seller;

- group C - seller organizes and pays for the transportation of goods, but does not assume the risks associated with the transportation;

- group D - the seller's costs and risks are maximum (the seller places the goods at the buyer's disposal at the agreed destination and ensures the arrival of the goods).
