CY - container terminal.  Place of storage of containers before and after shipment / condition under which the forwarding company undertakes to deliver the goods from/to CY

 

DC (GP) - Dry container – 20/40 ft container, for goods without special requirements for transportation.

 

Demurrage – the cost of excess use of the container from the moment of unloading it at the port of destination, until the moment of removal from the port.

 

Detention - the cost of excess use of the container, from the moment of its export from the port to the moment of return of empty to the port.

 

DOC fee - fee for registration, issuance of documents.

 

Door- to-door, transportation from (to) the door of the shipper (consignee).

 

DTHC - unloading at the destination port.

 

ETA Estimated time of arrival - expected time of arrival.

 

ETD - Estimated time of departure - expected time of ship departure.

 

EXP – fee for processing exports.

T / T – transit time – transit time.
