- Documents confirming customs value.
- In case of export duties availability, the original payment order confirming payment of customs duties is required.
- Information about the package, weight and number of seats that are required for this shipment for each of the items. cargo insurance document; certificate of prepayment, etc.

The above requirements do not apply to the processing of goods that are subject to export duty (excluding waste and scrap metals).
In case of transportation of specific products – it is desirable to provide explanatory materials: technical description, samples, booklets, drawings and similar information.
